Kanicen Nix Official Purchase & Customer Guidance
To ensure a smooth and transparent buying experience, please take a moment to read our purchase guidelines carefully. These terms apply to all purchases — whether made online or offline — directly through Kanicen Nix.
Before You Purchase
- Confirm Your Order Details
 • Double-check that the list of items you want to purchase is correct.
 • Verify prices before making payment to avoid misunderstandings.
- Order Verification
 • After payment, please allow us time to verify and confirm your order.
 • Verification may take longer if our team is outstation, on fishing trips, or away from HQ.
- Working Hours
 • Monday to Sunday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Closed on Sunday & Public Holidays).
 • Orders or messages received outside working hours will be processed the following day.
- Response Time
 • We receive many messages, comments, and walk-in customers daily.
 • Being online doesn’t always mean we can respond immediately — please stay patient and positive. We’ll reply as soon as possible. 🙂
- Pre-Order Items
 • Pre-orders do not have a fixed delivery date.
 • We will always provide an estimated timeframe, but please understand that delays may occur depending on supplier or production conditions.
- Third-Party Sellers
 • Kanicen Nix is not responsible for purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers.
 • Any dealings with such sellers are at your own risk. Always buy from official Kanicen Nix channels.
- Ensure that the list of items you want to purchase is correct.
- Make sure the prices of the items you buy are correct before making payment.
- After making payment, please be patient while we verify and confirm your order. The verification process may take time if we are outstation, on fishing trips, or outside the area.
- Our working hours are Monday to Sunday (closed on Wednesday) from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm. Any pending processes will continue the next day.
- Please be patient as we receive numerous PMs, comments, and walk-in customers. Being online does not mean we can reply immediately. Stay patient and keep smiling, and we will respond. 🙂
- Pre-order items do not have a fixed delivery time. Usually, we provide an estimated timeframe. Delays in purchase processes require understanding and patience while waiting for updates from us.
- Purchases through third-party sellers are not our responsibility. We can only monitor through your feedback. Any dealings with Kanicen Nix sellers are at your own risk.
- All payments must be made only to the official Kanicen Nix company account. 
- Payments made to other names, personal accounts, or third parties are not our responsibility. 
- Always verify our official account details before making any transfer. 
- Use your Facebook or Instagram name as the payment reference to help us identify your order quickly. - Example: Reference: @yourFBname 
 
- Please send a clear screenshot of your payment as proof for verification. 
- We currently accept the following payment methods: (list them, e.g. Online transfer, ATM bank transfer, PayPal, credit/debit cards, Cash, etc.) 
- Do not share your payment or banking information with anyone claiming to represent Kanicen Nix outside our official channels. 
- All prices are listed in (your currency) unless otherwise stated. 
- Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully verified. 
- If you encounter any payment issues or suspicious requests, contact our official support team immediately through (official email or social media handle). 
- Refunds or adjustments (if applicable) will be processed according to our Refund Policy. 
- All products follow a “First Come, First Pay, First Serve” system. 
- Stock availability is updated regularly, but please note that items may sell out quickly — especially for limited or exclusive releases. 
- If an item becomes out of stock after payment, you may choose to: - Select another item of equal value, or 
- Choose a different color or size (if available), or 
- Wait for the next restock. 
 
- For preorder or restock items, estimated delivery dates will be shared before checkout. 
- We cannot hold or reserve items without payment confirmation. 
- If your preferred product is sold out, you can sign up for restock notifications or contact us for availability updates. 
- In rare cases of inventory error or overlapping orders, we will notify you promptly to arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund. 
- Once payment is received, please allow some time for our admin team to verify your payment and prepare your order for shipment. 
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days, depending on order volume and item availability. 
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your parcel has been picked up by the courier. 
- If your order status hasn’t changed or your tracking hasn’t updated after 3 working days, feel free to contact our support team for assistance. 
- Please make sure your shipping details are correct — we can’t be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. 
- For preorder or custom-made items, processing time may take longer (we’ll inform you in advance). 
Shipping & Delivery
📦 Shipping rates depend on distance, packaging, weight, and courier choice.
🗓 Shipments are only on working days. If our team is outstation, shipping will resume once we return.
🔍 Tracking your parcel: Once you receive a tracking number, please monitor your parcel directly with the courier.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Peninsular Malaysia: Contact the courier if not received within 2 working days. 
- Sabah & Sarawak: Contact the courier if not received within 4 working days. 
- International Delivery – Shipping times depend on the courier and the option you pick at checkout, but it usually takes around 7 to 30 business days. 
- Shipping costs depend on distance, packaging, weight, and item type.

										Poslaju rates:
 Peninsular Malaysia: RM10 (first 1kg)
 Sarawak & Sabah: RM15 (first 500g)
- Costs also depend on the courier used.
- Shipping is done on working days. If we are outstation, please be patient.
- Once you receive a tracking number, it is your responsibility to monitor your shipment.
- Peninsular Malaysia: contact courier if item not received within 2 working days.
- Sabah & Sarawak: contact courier if item not received within 4 working days.
- Inspect items upon receipt to ensure all purchased products are in good condition.
- Report any missing or damaged items to your nearest Poslaju office.
Kanicen Nix Purchase Guidelines
Thank you for supporting a local brand.
- No warranty applies to fishing products. 
- For purchases above RM100, we strongly recommend adding shipping insurance. This ensures your parcel is covered under the courier company’s policy in case of damage or breakage during delivery. 
- All claims must include proper proof, such as: - Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue 
- Tracking number or delivery reference 
 
- Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in a rejected claim. 
- Once a claim is submitted, please allow some time for verification, as we must follow the courier’s official claim procedure. 
- Kanicen Nix will assist in submitting the claim to the courier, but final decisions are made by the courier company according to their policy. 
- Claims must be made within a specific time frame (usually within 3–5 working days after receiving your parcel). 
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling, modification, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for claims. 
- All bookings require payment — verbal or message-only reservations will not be accepted. 
- All official transactions must be made through Kanicen Nix’s official platforms or accounts only. 
- For WhatsApp orders, please keep your proof of payment until your product has been safely received. 
- We are gradually moving all orders and shipments to our online system for easier tracking and faster updates. 
- Always keep your purchase records and receipts until delivery is fully completed. 
- Marketing posts or social media updates may be scheduled or automatic — these do not always indicate that our team is online for instant replies. 
- For security reasons, cash refunds will never be sent inside parcels. - Refunds are made only via official bank transfer or through replacement items. 
 
- Pre-order items may be resold if the buyer becomes unreachable or unresponsive for an extended period. 
- Any cancellation fees, bank charges, or transaction costs for returned payments are the buyer’s responsibility. 
- Please ensure that all personal, shipping, and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues or delays. 
To ensure smooth and timely delivery of your orders, please:
- ✅ Keep your shipping address up to date to avoid delivery delays. 
- ✅ Ensure your phone number is correct so our courier can contact you if needed. 
- ✅ Update your Facebook/Instagram name (if used for order verification or contact). 
- ✅ Check your email address for order confirmations and tracking updates. 
- ✅ Provide alternative contact info (optional) in case we cannot reach you. 
(Once our website ordering system is fully active, you’ll be able to manage these details online easily.)
Scam & Fraud Alert
- Kanicen Nix will not entertain fraudulent claims or deceitful requests.
- Any suspicious activity or attempt to scam will be reported to the authorities.
- Claims such as “wrong size,” “wrong item,” or damage without insurance coverage will not be accepted.
- Once the parcel has been shipped, courier responsibility applies — please coordinate directly with your courier service.
To protect both our customers and our business:
- ⚠️ No fraudulent claims will be entertained. Kanicen Nix will not accept deceitful requests or false claims. 
- ⚠️ Suspicious activity is reported. Any attempt to scam or manipulate orders will be reported to the authorities. 
- ⚠️ Invalid claims are not accepted. Requests such as “wrong size,” “wrong item,” or damage claims without insurance coverage will not be accepted. 
- ⚠️ Courier responsibility applies after shipping. Once your parcel is shipped, the courier is responsible for delivery. Please coordinate directly with your courier for any issues.
